A year ago I entered a search on Instagram for a shop called The Sweet Potatoe. I was not sure what it all entailed and was pretty positive we would not get chosen. To my surprise Madelyn was picked to represent this shop. We have now represented the Sweet Potatoe for over a year. It has been a wonderful experience to support Maria’s shop.
The Sweet Potatoe is a hip and modern kids brand that was launched in June of 2014 by Maria. Maria, along with her husband, create and design the clothing with comfort in mind. Every piece is carefully created with all organic fabrics. They like to pick bold colors and unique patterns for the fabric choices. The inspiration behind the clothing is travel and the cities that are rich in culture and history.
We love everything about the Sweet Potatoe. Every piece that we have received is extremely soft and comfortable for the girls. They are easy to play in but still give my girls a stylish look. In the fall when Maria was ready to release the new line, she emailed me with the thought of naming one of the long sleeved tees after Madelyn. After thinking some names over we came up with “Mads for Cheetah.” This tee is absolutely amazing. It is vibrant, full of life, and spunky. Maria was spot on when it came to thinking of naming this tee after Mads.
The “Mads for Cheetah” tee is lightweight and perfect for any kind of weather. Sizing available for the “Mads for Cheetah” tee is 6-12 months up to 4T. Madelyn loves to wear it all the time. It is great for layering and she loves to pair it with the Sweet Potatoe stripped lounge pants. This is a staple in her wardrobe. The quality is amazing. The fabric is amazing. Everything about this tee is amazing!!!
