Around here we are big fans of Chinese food! We make it about two or three times a week. I find it to be the simplest to cook and there are so many options that no one every gets tired of it! I love finding new recipes and even modifying old ones to create great meals that everyone in the home will enjoy! One of my absolute favorites is sweet and sour chicken. It is such a classic. The breaded chicken, the veggies, the sauce. Oh the sauce. So delicious. It is also one meal that I can get the girls to eat so that is a huge bonus.
