Around here we are big fans of Chinese food! We make it about two or three times a week. I find it to be the simplest to cook and there are so many options that no one every gets tired of it! I love finding new recipes and even modifying old ones to create great meals that everyone in the home will enjoy! One of my absolute favorites is sweet and sour chicken. It is such a classic. The breaded chicken, the veggies, the sauce. Oh the sauce. So delicious. It is also one meal that I can get the girls to eat so that is a huge bonus. Here is a great recipe that is so easy to make and tastes just as delicious as take out!

Thank you so much!
YUM! I have all of these ingredients in my house right now. I’ll make it for dinner tonight! I love how these a minimal use of oil in this recipe too. Usually recipes like this call for deep frying the chicken first and I’m not about that! Not because i’m health conscious, but because throwing out oil is a pain in my butt lol
Oh I hope you try it and love it!
This looks tasty!! I’m going to have to make this very soon.
Angela
It really is very good!
Ooo this looks delicious, this is my kind of food. Could you use broccoli or something else if you don’t have asparagus do you think?
Yes use broccoli! Most of the times that is what I use but I had asparagus in the fridge!
That looks soooo good! I’m always looking for new, and fairly simple dinner recipes, so I’ll definitely be giving this a try!
