Breakfast is probably my least favorite meal of the day. I struggle to eat anything and do not care for most breakfast foods. I would honestly just skip it if I didn’t have three children eagerly waiting to see what is being cooked up. Yes most days it is “grab a bowl of cereal and a piece of fruit” but then there are those days where I want to prepare something fun and simple for the kids. So I thought about breakfast yogurt popsicles!
I mean who can refuse having a popsicle in the morning?! Let me say the moment I told the girls I was going to make them popsicles for breakfast, their jaws hit the floor. They could not believe it and told me that I was the best mom ever. So now I know these popsicles will be in our regular rotation of breakfast meals.
These popsicles are so incredibly easy and simple to make. I used Greek Gods® Greek-Style Yogurt as my starting point. Greek Gods® Greek-Style Yogurt has a rich and creamy texture, with many different delicious flavors. I love the fact that Greek Gods® Greek-Style Yogurt is naturally sweetened with honey and that it does not have the traditional tartness of regular Greek yogurt.
